Yes. In Vermont a new or replacement system needs a state Wastewater System and Potable Water Supply Permit, designed by a licensed designer. We help you line the designer up, build the system to the approved plan, and schedule the inspections. New York and Massachusetts run their own versions and we work to those too.
Do you work with builders and contractors?
Yes. Site prep is a big part of the schedule: clearing the footprint, cutting the pad, digging the foundation, running the driveway and putting in the septic. We coordinate with your builder so the site is ready when the crews arrive.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. Small excavation is the heart of the business: a drainage fix, a driveway regrade, a stump-filled corner of the yard, a trench for a water line. The small stuff homeowners want handled is exactly what we built the company for.
When should I call to get on the schedule?
Early. Dirt work here runs from late spring through fall, and the calendar fills by season. Call with your timeline and we will slot the site visit. Snow plowing sign-ups happen in the fall, before the first storm.
